Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Glazed, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders fresh and on time. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we follow a transparent refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if the preparation has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@glazed.co.in or 9861297221 with your order details.
Once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
Note: Custom cakes or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation begins in advance.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances, such as:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was damaged, spoiled, or inedible upon delivery.
- The order was charged but not delivered due to our error.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the product and your order details. Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the order at the time of delivery.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
- Delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or delivery partner issues.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
